Refund Policy

Best Translators is committed to delivering high-quality work that matches the agreed brief. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds or revisions apply.

14-day revision guarantee

If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery. Simply provide specific instructions on what needs correcting. This guarantee does not apply to changes to the original brief.

When a refund applies

  • Best Translators is unable to complete the work within the agreed timeline and the client chooses to cancel.
  • The delivered work contains fundamental errors that cannot be corrected through revision.
  • The service is not delivered for any reason attributable to Best Translators.

When a refund does not apply

  • The client changes their mind after work has started without any quality issue.
  • The original brief was incomplete or ambiguous and the translation reflects the information provided.
  • The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
  • The work has been delivered and the client has initiated the sworn translation process with the relevant authority.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us by email at hello@best-translators.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order reference and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 working days.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.
