All Best Translators services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped. Translated files are delivered by email or a secure channel agreed with the client.
Delivery formats
- PDF for legal documents, reports, and publications
- DOCX for editable content
- InDesign or IDML files for DTP work
- XML, JSON, or other technical formats by agreement
- EPUB3 for digital publications on request

Start of work
Work begins after payment confirmation and receipt of all necessary source materials. If materials are provided incompletely, the delivery date is calculated from receipt of the complete materials.
Delays
In the event of an unexpected delay, Best Translators notifies the client as soon as possible and proposes a resolution, which may include a revised delivery date or partial refund for the delay.
