Service description

Best Translators provides digital services including translation, interpretation, multilingual publishing, transcreation, and related support. All services are delivered digitally by email or agreed secure channel.

Orders and quotes

A fixed quote is provided before any project begins. Quotes remain valid for 14 days. An order becomes binding upon payment. Best Translators reserves the right to decline orders at its discretion.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of quote confirmation. Delivery dates are in working days. In the event of unexpected delay, Best Translators will notify the client promptly.

Confidentiality

Best Translators treats all client documents as strictly confidential. Translators operate under non-disclosure agreements. Files are deleted within 90 days of project delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Best Translators undertakes to deliver high-quality services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of translations. Sworn translations are intended for the specific purpose stated in the order.

Intellectual property

The client owns the rights to the translated text after full payment. Best Translators reserves the right to reference the project anonymously for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Napoli.
